More good wishes

Hello again. I keep meaning to update this thing, but I usually choose sleep over more time on the computer. :)

Before I forget, I want to send out some belated good wishes -- happy father's day dad, happy birthday Nicole, and happy birthday mom!

Well, things have been going great. Let me fill you in on some of the things I've been up to...
- I checked out the National Gallery of Canada
- I saw two shows at the National Arts Centre: The Flying Karamazov Brothers and The "Vaudevilles" of Chekov
- I saw Bend It Like Beckham
- I hit the dance floor at Vibe Nightclub
- I had dinner with my uncle Dave, aunt Nancy and cousin Mark in Kanata
- I went out for a birthday to Palais Imperial Chinese Restaurant and The Whiskey Bar
- I saw Morvern Callar

Well, I think I've covered the more interesting things. There is so much to do and see here, I often feel like I don't have enough free time to do it all (that darn thing called work gets in the way!).

To my friends who know how much I love MuchMusic, I have to tell you that I'm actually starting to get sick of it! (I didn't get Much at home). I never realized how much they repeat things. If I see another spotlight on Avril Lavigne or Becoming Shakira, I think I'm going to scream! :)

Meetin' the Minister

Well, I had a very exciting morning at work. I got to meet the Honourable David Anderson, Minister of the Environment. He was at the Agency to celebrate royal assent of Bill C-9. I'm such a dork...I was all giddy and excited about meeting him. He came over and talked to me and a few other co-op students. He was very nice -- he actually took the time to chat with me for a few minutes. I got my supervisor Gordon to take some pics with my digital camera, so I will have to post them when I get home.

A quick happy b-day

I meant to update my blog this evening, but I got busy being lazy and writing some emails. Anyways, I just want to say quick happy birthday to my good friend Priya!
