Why I Created This Site This site is a result of my desire to learn more about HTML and web design. My first attempt at web design was a simple home page that I created using Microsoft FrontPage. However, I wanted to take my design capabilities to the next level - so I went out and bought SAMS Teach Yourself HTML and XHTML in 24 Hours. After many hours of reading, coding and banging my head against my computer screen, this is what I've come up with. It may not be worthy of a Webby Award, but I'm pretty proud of it (especially since my knowledge of HTML was virtually nil before I started this project). I look forward to learning more and further improving my contribution to the world wide web.
